Custom In-Ground Spa Covers

Newport Beach, CA. Custom in-ground spa cover with 5 conveniently positioned handles for easily lifting and handling from either direction. Because there's no ledge on the back wall, this particular cover was made with extra steel reinforcement that runs along the back of the 'Ultimate' heavy-duty foam core. This stabilizes the the spa cover against the deck wall, and allows it to withstand larger weights without caving in.
Lake Forest. The custom in-deck Jacuzzi spa is equipped with a 'Deluxe Plus' foam core soa cover in Charcoal Gray. The custom spa cover has been manufactured with child safety-straps with locks for added protection, and padding lifting handles for easy handling and storage.
Mission Viejo. Before: This fiberglass in-ground spa was protected by a solar water blanket cover, which was ineffective at holding in heat and preventing debris from getting into the spa. Solar blanket covers are also more susceptible to sun damage, and can lead to cracking and fading on unprotected areas of the spa's acrylic structure. After: The spa is now protected by our exact-fitting 'Deluxe Plus' custom spa cover in Rust color. The new spa cover prevents debris from entering the spa, increases heat retention efficiency, and provides the necessary insulation protection that the solar blanket could not.
Yorba Linda. Before: This spa cover was torn, faded, and didn't properly fit the perimeter of the spa. After: We custom manufactured a kidney-shaped, 3-piece in-ground 'Ultimate' spa cover in Navy Blue. The 3rd piece of the spa cover can be detached using the 6 inch velcro flap in order to easily remove, handle, and store the spa cover as needed. It's also equipped with child safety-straps with locks, and conveniently-placed, tear-free lifting handles.

Custom Above-Ground Spa Covers

Santa Ana. This Icon/Key's Backyard Spa has been custom-fitted with a 'Deluxe Plus' spa cover in Sable color. This protective, heat retaining custom spa cover includes 4 child safety-straps with locks, as well as tear-free, padded lifting handles for easy opening.
Cowan Heights. To replace this weathered, sun-damaged spa cover, we custom measured an 'Ultimate' foam core cover in octagon shape. This spa cover is equipped with easy-to-use handles, child safety-straps, and Rust color to complement the colors of the yard's decor. It's now protected from bowing, caving in, and extensive sun damage.
Mission Viejo. This spa has been custom-fit with a 3-piece spa cover in Birchwood color. The 3rd piece of the custom spa cover can be removed at the velcro flap, allowing for easy lifting and storage. The exact-fitting spa cover now prevents debris, dirt, and other contaminants from entering the spa water, and efficiently holds in heat.
This is a spa cover installed in Dana Point, CA. Their original spa cover did not fit properly, which allowed debris and dirt to get into the spa. The new cover is a UV treated vinyl in charcoal gray grey. It has locking security latches mounted in each corner for ultimate security.

Sundance Spas Covers

San Juan Capistrano. This Marin Model Sundance Spa is equipped with a custom spa cover and Cover Mate I spa cover lifter for easy storage and handling. The spa cover is in Wildwood color, and is equipped with conveniently placed, tear-free handles and child safety-straps with locks.
Costa Mesa. For this Marin Model Sundance Spa, we've installed a custom spa cover in Adobe color, with a reverse (long) hinge. Rather than original manufactured spa covers, which open from front to back, our custom spa cover with reverse hinge capabilities allows you to open the cover from side to side.

Spa Covers with Spa Cover Lifters

Newport Beach. This Life Springs spa is equipped with an exact-fitting 'Deluxe Plus' foam spa cover in Palomino, with an EZ Lift spa cover lifter. The 'Deluxe Plus' cover is made with child safety-straps with locks, tear-free lifting handles, and UV-protected Marine grade vinyl. It's also highly resistant to mildew, shrinkage, fading, or sagging.
